(A) Representative brightfield images showing cell migration at 0 and 6 hours after treatment with CHI3L1 recombinant protein (rCHI3L1) at a concentration of 0.6 μg/mL in M0, M1, and M2 BMDMs by the scratch-wound healing assay. Migration was assessed by determining the number of migrated cells. Data are presented as mean ± SD from at least 3 independent experiments. P values were calculated using 1-tailed, unpaired t test. ***P < 0.001; ****P < 0.0001. (D) Association between CHI3L1 mRNA expression and M1/M2-like macrophage scores in IDH-WT GBM. Gene expression was normalized by RMA, and P values were calculated by Spearman’s rank correlation.
