During the preparation of the manuscript, the urea infusion rate was incorrectly given.
The correct sentence containing the infusion rate appears below.
The rats were allowed to recover from the surgery for 5 days and then were either infused
with isotonic PBS or urea (100 mg/kg/h) for 48 hours using a microdialysis pump.
