You can access these feeds if you have RSS reader software installed (see this list of available readers) or if you subscribe to to RSS feeds through an aggregator of RSS feeds. Our RSS feed can be found at http://www.jci.org/rss and is usually updated weekly.
Readers can comment on JCI articles by submitting E-letters. When viewing an article, click the "Send a letter" link to the right. See this published E-letter as an example.
