Figure 4RT-PCR analysis of total liver RNA from FVB/N mice treated with MCT. RT-PCR for several genes (MMP-9, CXCR4, SDF-1, VEGFR2, and VEGF) was performed in mice sacrificed at various times after MCT. For gene expression, liver RNA from 2 mice per condition was analyzed. The data showed increased expression of MMP-9, CXCR4, and VEGFR2.
