Effect of LPA₁ overexpression on the mitogenic action of LPA on MDA-BO2 cells. (A) Parental MDA-BO2 cells (triangles) and transfected clones no. 3 (circles) and no. 79 (squares) were cultured in plain medium (open symbols) or medium supplemented with 100 ng/ml of doxycycline (filled symbols) and then treated as described in Figure 1B.
