Figure 2Scheme of ADI with activated autologous memory or naive T cells of human breast cancer specimens transplanted into NOD/SCID mice. After surgery, breast cancer specimens were transplanted subcutaneously into NOD/SCID mice. BM aspirates were obtained from patients during surgery. DCs and T cells (TC) from patients’ BM were generated, pulsed and transferred into NOD/SCID mice as described in Methods. Representative histograms show stainings for corresponding markers on enriched cell subsets (purple) and for isotype control (white). OP, tumor excision.
