Wnt signaling pathway has been divided into two subclasses: the canonical pathway (Wnt/β-
catenin pathway) and the non-canonical pathway. It has been proven that Wnt/β-catenin
pathway can enhance wound healing, and some glycoprotein of Wnt family may directly or
indirectly improve wound healing.
