Cardiac disease in Costello syndrome

METHODS Available case reports and series of Costello syndrome were reviewed. Patients
were assumed free of cardiac abnormalities unless otherwise documented. The 5 patients
originally described as having a new facio-cutaneous-skeletal syndrome were included in
the analysis. 20 These patients were felt to have Costello syndrome based on subsequent
