Chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) is linked to rejection and limits survival following
lung transplantation. HLA-Bw4 recipients of HLA-Bw6 grafts have enhanced host-versus-
graft (HVG) natural killer (NK) cell activity mediated by killer cell immunoglobulin-like
