Two naturally occurring mutant insulin receptors, Arg-1174→ Gln and Leu-1178→ Pro,
found in patients with dominantly inherited Type A insulin resistance, showed unusual
signaling properties when stably expressed in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. Both
