This dataset represents the largest number of adjudicated cases of anaphylaxis associated
with omalizumab and is about 3 times the number of adjudicated anaphylaxis cases
reported in our initial study. 1 These results suggest that a specific subpopulation of patients,
that is, those with a prior history of anaphylaxis unrelated to omalizumab use, may be
particularly prone to developing anaphylaxis with omalizumab administration. It is critical to
