The potential and possible mechanisms for regression of existing glomerulosclerosis by
angiotensin II type 1 receptor antagonist (AT1RA) and/or angiotensin I converting enzyme
inhibitor (ACEI) were investigated. Adult male Sprague Dawley rats underwent 5/6
