Sirolimus (RapammuneŽ, rapamycin, RAPA) is a potent immunosuppressive drug that
reduces renal transplant rejection. Hyperlipidemia is a significant side effect of sirolimus
treatment, and frequently leads to cardiovascular disease. This study was undertaken to
