examples of its application for the separation of human and baboon serum lipoproteins. The
results indicate that some difficulties may be encountered using density gradient
centrifugation for studies of serum from hypertriglyceridimic subjects, for example, serum
samples, which have elevated triglycerides that can form a cake at the top of the tube that
