The comparison of published data proved the utility of miRNAs as diagnostic and prognostic indicators of bladder cancer. In urine samples from bladder cancer patients, seven miRNAs were concordantly expressed with tumor tissues. Conclusion
Standardization is strictly required in pre-analytics and methods of miRNA measurements.
