PURPOSE: To assess the relative radiosensitivities of a large collection of melanoma cell
lines and to determine whether pharmacologic inhibition of mutant B-RAF with PLX-4032
can radiosensitize B-Raf+ melanoma cells. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A large collection
