Previously, we have demonstrated that epidermal growth factor (EGF) can stimulate adenylyl
cyclase activity via activation of G s in the heart. Moreover, we have recently shown that G sα
is phosphorylated by the EGF receptor protein tyrosine kinase and that the juxtamembrane
