BACKGROUND: IL-10 affects dendritic cell (DC) function, but the effects on airway
hyperresponsiveness (AHR) and inflammation are not defined. OBJECTIVE: We sought to
determine the importance of IL-10 in regulating DC function in allergen-induced AHR and
