Human DAB2IP (hDAB2IP), a novel GTPase-activating protein modulating the Ras-
mediated signaling and tumor necrosis factor-mediated apoptosis, is a potent growth
inhibitor in human prostate cancer (PCa). Loss of hDAB2IP expression in PCa is due to
