The tumor suppressor phosphatase PTEN regulates cell migration, growth, and survival by
dephosphorylating phosphatidylinositol second messengers and signaling
phosphoproteins. PTEN possesses a C-terminal noncatalytic regulatory domain that
contains multiple putative phosphorylation sites, which could play an important role in the
