Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are type I transmembrane proteins involved in innate immunity by
recognizing microbial conserved structures. Recent studies have shown that TLR3
recognizes dsRNA, a viral product, whereas TLR9 recognizes unmethylated CpG motifs
