Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is a life-threatening autoimmune disease of skin adhesion
associated with IgG autoantibodies against keratinocytes (KC). Treatment of PV with
systemic corticosteroids is life-saving, but the mechanism of the therapeutic action has not
