β-Catenin is a key mediator of the Wnt pathway, which plays a critical role in embryogenesis
and oncogenesis. As a transcriptional activator, β-catenin binds the transcription factors, T-
cell factor and lymphoid enhancer factor, and regulates gene expression in response to Wnt
