Pim-1 is an oncogene-encoded serine/threonine kinase primarily expressed in
hematopoietic and germ cell lines. Pim-1 kinase was originally identified in Maloney murine
leukemia virus-induced T-cell lymphomas and is associated with multiple cellular functions
