Follicular lymphoma (FL) and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) are paradigmatic
examples of lymphoid malignancies in which the relevant biological mechanisms are
alterations in the control of apoptosis rather than an exaggerated proliferation. This explains
