METHODS Depleting dose of anti-CD4, anti-CD8, and anti-Thy1, 2, as well as anti-CD40L
mAbs were given to diabetic or nondiabetic NOD mice (H-2g7), which then received 4 Gy of
whole-body irradiation, followed by BMT from allogeneic C57BL/6 mice (H-2b). Levels of
