Endotoxin (ET) induces neutrophil sequestration in hepatic sinusoids, the activation of
proinflammatory transcription factors (nuclear factor κB [NF-κB]) with up-regulation of
adhesion molecules on sinusoidal endothelial cells and hepatocytes. However, if
