In order to assess T cell antigen specificities and class II restriction requirements during the
course of chronic relapsing experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (CREAE),(SJL× PL) F1
mice were used as a model. EAE can be passively transferred in these mice by F1 T cells
incubated with Ia-positive antigen-presenting cells (APC) from either parent SJL (H-2 s) or
