A 23‐year‐old patient with Gaucher's disease and IgG kappa monoclonal gammopathy is
described. The decrease of the serum immunoglobulin level after splenectomy and the
immunoflourescence study of the spleen indicate a predominant splenic location of the
secreting plasma cells.
