Ternary complex formation of tissue plasminogen activator (TPA) and plasminogen (Plg)
with thrombospondin (TSP) or histidine-rich glycoprotein (HRGP) has been demonstrated
using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, an affinity bead assay, and a rocket
