The composition of phospholipids extracted from bovine testicular, epididymal and
ejaculated spermatozoa was examined. Extracts from testicular spermatozoa contained
approximately twice the amount of phospholipid extracted from cauda epididymal or
ejaculated spermatozoa. The concentration of most of the major phospholipid components
