antibodies and its use in immunocytochemistry. Rabbit anti-PGH synthase sera when tested
by standard Ouchterlony double-diffusion analyses show single lines of precipitation with
samples of both solubilized sheep vesicular gland microsomes and pure PGH synthase; a
zone of identity is present between the lines formed with microsomal and purified PGH
