Western blot analysis of NCI 60–cancer cell line screen. Protein extracts (50 μg) derived from the 60 cell lines were separated on a 6% polyacrylamide gel, transferred to nitrocellulose, and blotted with a mix of the anti-HIP1 mAb’s 4B10 and 1B11.
