The adipocyte-derived hormone adiponectin has been shown to play important roles in the
regulation of energy homeostasis and insulin sensitivity. In this study, we analyzed globular
domain adiponectin (gAd) transgenic (Tg) mice crossed with leptin-deficient ob/ob or apoE-
