endoplasmic reticulum by an microsomal triglyceride transfer protein (MTP) inhibitor (CP-
10447) in the presence ofN-acetyl-leucinyl-norleucinal, a proteasomal inhibitor, results in
accumulation of newly synthesized apoB in the translocation channel. Here we
