Cyclic diguanylate (c-di-GMP), a bacterial signaling molecule, possesses protective
immunostimulatory activity in bacterial challenge models. This study explored the potential
of c-di-GMP as a vaccine adjuvant comparing it with LPS, CpG oligonucleotides, and a
