Adverse reactions during peanut oral immunotherapy home dosing

We have noted 5 patterns associated with a propensity for reactions to a previously tolerated
dose of peanut OIT, including several not previously described. It is interesting that these
factors would provoke symptoms after a given OIT dose when, in many of the examples
noted, the dose had been tolerated for weeks to months without symptoms. Table I lists
