Placental growth factor (PlGF) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) play a pivotal
role in pathological angiogenesis. PlGF acts in synergism with the vascular endothelial
growth factor (VEGF), whereas eNOS is one of the downstream targets of VEGF. To
investigate the existence of a functional interaction between PlGF and eNOS, we have 1)
