The polycystic kidney diseases (PKD) are a group of genetic disorders causing renal failure
and death from infancy to adulthood. Arginine vasopressin (AVP) V2 receptor antagonists
inhibit cystogenesis in animal models of cystic kidney diseases, presumably by
