Sirolimus (SRL), an inhibitor of human arterial smooth muscle cell (ASMC) proliferation and
migration, prevents in-stent restenosis (ISR). Little is known about the effect of SRL on the
extracellular matrix (ECM) component, hyaluronan, a key macromolecule in neointimal
