In mice glycogen synthase kinase (GSK)-3β heterozygote knockout status was reported to
cause reduced immobility in the Porsolt forced swim test and reduced amphetamine-
induced hyperactivity, behaviors that mimic the effects of lithium. GSK-3β protein and mRNA
