Basal-like carcinomas (BLCs) of the breast share discriminatory morphologic features with
poorly differentiated high-risk human papilloma virus (HPV)-related squamous cell
carcinomas of the oropharynx, penis, and vulva. Because HPV E7 protein inactivates the
