OBJECTIVE:: Circulating leukocytes play a crucial role during arteriogenesis. However,
known pro-arteriogenic compounds (MCP-1, GM-CSF) acting via monocytic pathways also
exert positive effects on granulocytes and lymphocytes. The role of these two cell types in
