Transcripts expressed in cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) have mechanistic and diagnostic
importance in transplantation. We used microarrays to select CTL-associated transcripts
(CATs) expressed in human CD4+ CTL, CD8+ CTL and NK cells, excluding transcripts
