PURPOSE: Conventional treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) cures less than 5% of
patients. We investigated the effect of stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) added to conventional
external beam radiation therapy (EBRT) with carmustine (BCNU) on the survival of patients
