Motivation: Our goal was to develop a normalization technique that yields results similar to
cyclic loess normalization and with speed comparable to quantile normalization. Results:

Abstract
Motivation: Our goal was to develop a normalization technique that yields results similar to cyclic loess normalization and with speed comparable to quantile normalization.
