Glutamate toxicity is a major contributor to death of oligodendroglia in diverse CNS
disorders. The goal of these studies was to investigate the mechanisms of glutamate toxicity
and trophic factor protection of the immature pro-oligodendroblast (pro-OL). Glutamate
