Abstract
DURING experiments to produce extra-uterine pregnancies in mice, eggs were transplanted beneath the kidney capsule. Only one egg was transplanted under any one kidney capsule in each experiment. The eggs used were 1-, 2- and 4-cell stages, morulę and blastocysts.
