The neuromuscular junction (NMJ) is the anatomical site affected by myasthenia gravis
(MG), Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS), botulism, and congenital myasthenic
syndromes [1]. The NMJ is designed for rapid translation of the electrical impulse of the
