Ph1-positive leukaemia, including chronic myelogenous leukaemia

JD ROWLEY - Clinics in haematology, 1980 - Elsevier
Cytogenetic studies on patients with chronic myelogenous leukaemia (CML) have been the
keystone for karyotype analysis ofother human malignancies. New discoveries that have
resulted from examination of CML have subsequently been confirmed in other
haematological malignancies, and in many solid tumours as well. It may appear that CML
had nothing more to teach us; this view seems likely to be incorrect, however, at least for
some time to come.
